Anum Arshad is an associate attorney practicing in both the employment and personal injury litigation departments at Gokal Law Group. In her employment practice, Anum advocates for employees who have suffered from discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. In her personal injury practice, Anum represents individuals who have been injured and defends their rights to make sure that the responsible parties are held fully accountable.
Anum brings empathy and compassion to her legal practices. She believes in being fully present for each of her clients and thrives on learning about each of her client’s unique stories and circumstances to ensure that she presents the best case possible.
Anum earned her law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law where she served as an Academic Fellow for Evidence, received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Securities Regulation, and was the Production Editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy. Anum received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine where she double majored in Political Science and Anthropology and minored in Art History. She graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and was awarded the Outstanding Legal Scholar award for her involvement in the Law Forum program.
Anum is a Southern California native and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, photography, doing Pilates, and keeping up with the latest happenings on Twitter.
