Alison S. Gokal has spent the last decade and a half protecting the rights of her clients, most of whom have been seriously injured as a result of the carelessness of others. In every case, Alison’s primary goal is to ensure her clients are treated with respect, honor, and obtain financial stability. In addition, encourage manufacturers, companies, and individuals to change their behavior and ensure they do not hurt another person again.
Alison is not afraid to challenge defendants with unlimited resources. She has successfully sued California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS), Ford Motor Company, Evenflo, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Continental Tires, Nexen Tires, Hilton, Air France, Tesla, First Student, and various other large manufactures, businesses, and government entities. She has developed a reputation among insurance carriers as being a no-nonsense attorney willing to fight for her clients.
Alison’s goal is to drive businesses and manufacturers to change their business practices to ensure consumer safety is their goal, not simply profits. Her work has earned her recognition on Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
She also takes great pride in raising her three kids with her husband/law partner, spending as much time outdoors as possible, coaching AYSO soccer, and teaching her spin class at the YMCA.
