Contract Review

Companies often prepare and present preprinted contracts known as “form agreement.” These documents have been carefully drafted by the company’s legal counsel to contain terms that unilaterally favor the company. You have every right to review and negotiate terms that are unfavorable, limit your rights, or subject you to unnecessary liability. Before you put your name to a document you are unsure about, allow us to review the form so that you can either negotiate a fair deal or at least make an informed decision.
